Instructions for registering:
- All the fees are given in Euros (€) and are exempt from VAT.
- If you choose the reduced fee, please send us proof of eligibility/certificate or an explanation of your situation by email info@conference.naizen.eus
- Payment must be made by bank transfer.
- Please clearly indicate the name of the delegate on the concept when making the payment.
- All bank charges must be paid by the sender.
- Registration will not be confirmed until payment has been received.
- The registration period will end on 29 April 2025.
- Spanish and English are the languages of the Conference. There will be a simultaneous translation service between both languages during the Conference.

The registration fee includes:
- a. Access to all Conference sessions.
- b. Coffee break and lunch.
- c. Delegate material.
The Conference dinner is not included in the registration fee. You need to select this option when registering if you wish to attend the dinner. The price shown includes 21% VAT.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Before 15 February, 100% of the amount refunded.
- Between 15 February an 2 May, 50% of the amount refunded.
